DELIVERY

I GENERAL RULES

1. Shipping costs are always covered by the Customer, i.e., you.

2. In exceptional circumstances, shipping costs may change. In such a case, you will be informed immediately. You will have the right to withdraw from the sales contract due to changes in shipping costs.

3. Parcels are delivered only on business days.

4. Order completion and shipment will take place within 2-3 business days from the date of receipt of payment from you.

5. You should not accept the shipment if it is damaged. The courier should complete a damage report and return the shipment to me.

II DELIVERY TIMES

I ship purchased products to Poland and abroad. I strive to ensure fast delivery, guaranteed product insurance, and high-quality service. All orders are shipped via InPost parcel lockers or DPD courier. Delivery times in Poland can take from 3 to 14 business days. For international shipments, delivery times may be longer.

III COURIER PARCELS

The courier is obligated to deliver your order without damage. Couriers will ask you to sign the delivery note. You can then open the package and check its contents. If the contents of the package are damaged, you should file a complaint in the presence of the courier. If the package shows signs of tampering (damaged tape or packaging), you, as the buyer, may refuse to accept the order. Please inform me of the situation.
