The following Regulations are available to you at all times. Please read them carefully before making a purchase in my online store.

I GENERAL PROVISIONS

‍1. These Regulations define and explain the procedures for placing orders and selling goods through the pawelkurylak.com online store.

2. Placing an order constitutes understanding and acceptance of the store's terms and conditions.

3. Placing an order for discounted products constitutes understanding and acceptance of the store's terms and conditions.

4. All sales agreements concluded between you and the pawelkurylak.com store comply with European Union law.

II PRODUCT PRESENTATION

‍1. I have made every effort to ensure that all published data and information are free from errors and inaccuracies.

2. If the goods do not match the description or photograph, or if the purchased goods are damaged, you, as the Customer, should immediately notify me (the Seller) of this fact by email (kurylak.store@gmail.com) or using the contact form.

3. The price of each product is binding from the moment you place your order. I reserve the right to make changes, including changes to the price, content, description, and terms and conditions.

4. I reserve the right to run and cancel promotions, as well as change their terms and conditions. Cancellation of promotions or changes to their terms and conditions cannot occur without your consent.

5. All rights to all images and information contained on the pawelkurylak.com store website are reserved. Copying, distributing, or using any content on this website without my consent is strictly prohibited.

III ORDERING PROCEDURE

‍1. Orders are accepted exclusively electronically through the store, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

2. Orders are processed primarily on business days.

3. After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming your order.

4. Placing an order constitutes the conclusion of a sales contract between us.

IV ORDERS

‍1. As the Seller, I am obligated to deliver the products in undamaged condition.

2. It is possible that I will not fulfill your order if the item is out of stock. If one (or more) of the purchased products is unavailable, you will be informed immediately so that you can decide how to proceed with your order.

3. Orders are processed while supplies last.

V RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

‍1. Pursuant to the provisions on customer rights, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the carrier acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you, as the Customer, must inform me (the Seller) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (email/contact form).

2. You can send your declaration of withdrawal from the sales contract by email.

3. If the clothing size is not suitable, you can exchange it within 14 days of receiving the shipment. In such a case, please contact me by email or contact form.

4. I will refund your money without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from the date I receive the goods from you.

5. As a Customer, you have the right to withdraw from the sales contract without incurring any additional costs, except for:

a) additional costs resulting from the selected delivery method,

b) costs of returning the purchased goods,

c) costs of returning the purchased item, especially if it is not possible to send it by standard post.

6. You will return the goods without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed me (the Seller) of your withdrawal from this contract. This deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

7. As a Customer, you are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a manner other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. As the Seller, I may deduct the value of the lost goods from the refund if the loss resulted from your unnecessary handling.

8. I am obligated to refund you the full amount (excluding the costs referred to in section 5) immediately, no later than 14 days from the date I receive the returned goods from you. I will refund the payment using the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless you expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with the refund.

VI WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS

‍1. You have the right to file a complaint regarding the performance of the sales contract and the contract for the provision of electronic services. If you receive a defective or damaged item, I, as the Seller, am liable pursuant to Articles 556 and 5561-5563 of the Civil Code. 2. The complaint form should (but is not a condition for initiating the complaint procedure) include:

- Your personal data

- Order number

- Description of the defect/damage

- Desired solution (replacement with a defect-free product/money refund/discount/repair)

2. A complaint form containing all the information referred to above will facilitate the complaint procedure.

3. You can send the complaint form via email (kurylak.store@gmail.com) or attach it to the contact form.

VII SHIPPING

‍1. Shipping costs are always covered by the Customer, i.e., you.

2. In exceptional circumstances, shipping costs may change. You will be informed immediately. You will have the right to withdraw from the sales contract due to changes in shipping costs.

3. Shipments are delivered only on business days.

4. Order completion and shipment will take place within 2-3 business days from the date of receipt of payment from you.

5. You should not accept the shipment if it is damaged. The courier should complete a damage report and return it to me.

VIII PAYMENTS

‍1. By making a purchase in the pawelkurylak.com online store, you consent to the issuance of a sales document, without a signature.

2. You will receive a printed receipt as proof of transaction.

3. You are responsible for verifying that the receipt is included with the product upon delivery.

4. You can choose the payment method available at pawelkurylak.com and through the online payment operator PayPal.

5. If I do not receive payment from you within 3 days of placing the order, I have the right to terminate the sales contract and cancel the order.

IX FINAL PROVISIONS

‍1. To use the services provided by the pawelkurylak.com store, you must have:

- an internet browser: Safari (16.6 or newer), Internet Explorer (version no older than 7.0), Mozilla Firefox (version no older than 3.0), Chrome (all available versions), or Opera (version no older than 2)

‍3. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined.

4. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, consumer rights are governed by European Union law.

5. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (OS) platform, which can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. The store's participation is not a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
