RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You have the right to exchange or return your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the shipment. To do so, send an email to kurylak.store@gmail.com or use the contact form.
In your message, please provide the product name, purchase date, and your desired return (exchange/return). For returns, please provide your bank account number.
Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs (see: Regulations).
DETAILED INFORMATION (FROM THE REGULATIONS)
1. Pursuant to the provisions on customer rights, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the carrier acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you, as a Customer, must inform me (the Seller) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (email/contact form).
2. You can send your declaration of withdrawal from the sales contract by email.
3. If the clothing size is not suitable, you can exchange it within 14 days of receiving the shipment. In such a case, please contact me by email or contact form.
4. I will issue a refund without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the goods from you.
5. You, as a Customer, have the right to withdraw from the sales contract without incurring any additional costs, except for:
a) additional costs resulting from the selected delivery method,
b) costs of returning the purchased goods,
c) costs of returning the purchased item, especially if it is not possible to send it by regular mail.
6. You will return the goods without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed me (the Seller) of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
7. As a Customer, you are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a manner other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. As a Seller, I may deduct the value of the lost goods from the refund if the loss resulted from unnecessary handling by you.
8. I am obligated to refund you the full amount (excluding the costs referred to in paragraph 5) immediately, no later than 14 days from the date I receive the returned goods from you. I will refund your payment using the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with the refund.
