How to care for a fresh tattoo?
In the case of standard foil, I recommend removing it after a few hours. Then, gently wash the tattoo under lukewarm water, using mild soap. It is important to avoid rubbing, and only gently cleanse the skin. After washing the tattoo, dry it with paper towels to avoid infection. Do not rub, just apply. I recommend using such towels for the first few days of healing. Protect the washed tattoo in foil overnight and possibly in an absorbent dressing. The next day, repeat the entire washing and drying process. If something is still oozing from the tattoo and you have to show up at work, for example, you can wrap it in foil again, replacing it and washing the tattoo every 2-3 hours. However, I recommend drying the new tattoo and leaving it without a dressing until the day after the session. The protection of the tattoo with a foil dressing should last for a maximum of 24 hours.
In situations where you have a second skin foil, you can leave it on for one to three days, depending on the amount of plasma, blood and ink under the foil. This form of protection provides the right conditions for healing while protecting the tattoo. You can take a shower with the dressing, but try to avoid pouring too hot water on it. Remove the second skin dressing with a gentle movement under running, lukewarm water.
When the tattoo is dry, apply a thin layer of a special tattoo cream to it. Do not overdo it with the amount – too thick a layer blocks air access. Wash and apply the tattoo 2-3 times a day for the first 7-10 days. After this time, continue moisturizing for several weeks until the tattoo heals completely. Remember to wash your hands thoroughly before each application.

Before the session, avoid exposure to the sun, especially the area designated for tattooing, drinking alcohol, and bring something to change into (possibility of getting dirty with tracing paper and ink). You can bring something to eat and drink.
